Art Gallery

We went to the art gallery again for an art class and Wesley and I got to pain real paintings on canvas.  Innocent helped us.  We really liked Innocent.  Wesley painted a dinosaur cave and I painted a railroad.  We get to take them home and Uncle Jack will help us put them back on frames so we can hang them if we want.

Aardvark hole?

We found this hole on the way to the cows.  We wonder if it is an aardvark hole?

Cows in our neighborhood

Our friend Lizette found a place in our neighborhood with cows.  You can buy milk straight from the cow!  The cows were cute.  We fed them grass and they liked it.  The cows mooed quite a bit but not too much.  The lady who takes care of them was nice.  The milking was really hard work because it takes a lot of muscles in your hands.  In America they use machines to milk cows.  It was kind of cool that they were in our neighborhood and we didn't even know it!

Railroad in Tanzania

This is me looking at the train yard.  When I looked at it, I thought it looked awesome because  I've never been so close to a train before.  When I look at the railroad, I think my daddy is cool.  I hope he gets to build it someday.

The port.  The port is a very important place because it is where the railroad starts.  This is from our hotel room window.

Mugisha

We went to go see our friends again, Anitha's kids.  We went to their house.  Our car broke down twice but people helped us.  Mugisha and I made traps for some girls with our Chinese jumpropes.  We ran around, I ate rice and beans and liked it this time.  We went to a restaurant with my mom and Anitha and I drank 2 cokes and learned to play pool from a guy named Eric.  We rode motos home!  I rode with Anitha and Wesley rode with my mom.  It was my first time on a moto and it was awesome!

Franka and Enoch

That is me and Mugisha

These are the girls (Barbara, Hope, Winnie and Fraha)

Crab Trap and Sea Shells on the Indian Ocean

We visited Tanzania with my dad.  We went to dinner with his friend SMAK, who brought his granddaughter with him.  She was 5 and her name is Clarissa.  We liked her.  Actually we also found my Grampy in Tanzania!!!  We went to a cool restaurant on a beach.

This is a hole that I dug that was so deep I had to lay down to dig it.  But it was so deep I couldn't even touch the bottom.

This is a crab trap we made because there were so many crabs running around.  We built walls, a mountain, inclined planes, but we forgot that crabs can dig and climb, so after we caught him, he escaped.  Next time we could put metal on the bottom and maybe he would be stuck.  Or glue him.
If you look closely you maybe can see our crab in the trap.

We collected lots of shells and if you look closely you can see them.  My dad and mom and CJ and grampy helped collect them too.

Ladybug

One day we were at our Art Gallery watching Rwandan dancing and listening to Rwandan drumming and singing.  My brother found a cute ladybug.

Our ladybug

We gave him a cozy spot and gave him lots of food.  He spent time in our hands, which was really cozy for him.  After a little while, we let him go free, with his food.

Bottlecaps

I collect bottlecaps almost every day.  I collect them on walks in my neighborhood.  I have more than 155 bottlecaps.  I also got them once from the bar at Circle Sportif where we swim--the guy gave us all the bottlecaps in their 3 machines!  My friends also collect bottlecaps for us too.

Tooth

My tooth is almost out!!  It was a little loose but then I ate an apple and it got like this.  The next day I tore it, so it was only holding onto 1 corner.
My tooth fell out at a restaurant in Tanzania!!  I just yanked it out and there it was and everyone clapped!   It did not even hurt.
